I am a very easy going person. To ensure that we are all on the same page, below are the listed terms and conditions for our time together. Please feel welcome to direct any questions to myself, Cayley Newell, as I am sure there is nothing we can't figure out together.
Terms and Conditions as it pertains to "Our Tangled Life":
- I may withdraw, cancel services, and refuse customers as supply and demand occurs.
- I am not responsible for any error the customer my have when attempting to contact me. I attempt to respond to each email and personal message sent within 48hours of my operating work day schedule as is listed on my website.
- I do not claim to own any of the individual words in my business name. However, I do own the rendering of my company logo along with its title.
- I do own the right to ourtangledlife.org
- There is no toleration for any hate, bullying, harassment or solicitors. Each case will be handled as they arise. If at anytime either group in the party is feeling uncomfortable or unsafe they should express this out loud or in writing to the other party. Each party is allowed to have a secondary person in the room or a camera going if they so choose for their safety.
- Wigs are not meant to last forever and the style will fall out over time. I will do my best to ensure the style will last for as long as possible. Taking care of the wig will lengthen the usage of the wig.
- Pictures of the product created by myself, Cayley, will be photographed. These photos may be posted on both my website and social media. These images may be used for promotional branding. Anytime a clients face appears in one or more of these photos, the guest will be asked before the picture is posted anywhere. Upon request, the person in said picture can ask to be "tagged" in the image which I will choose to accept or deny.
- Let it be known that I do no yet have my cosmetology license. I am not claiming to have a license. I did complete the 1000 hours necessary in the state of Arizona to receive a certificate of graduation from the school "Penrose Academy." I am working towards testing in the state of Florida to obtain my cosmetology licensing.
- I am not held responsible for any damage that happens to any product, hair or material that you give to me for the purpose of use.
- If you or those around you have any type of allergic reaction or ailment to the products that I use during the construction of a wig, hair pice or its corresponding adornments, I am not held responsible.
- Upon request a list of products used in/on your product will be given to the best of my ability.
- If there are any life threatening or severe allergy that may affect the outcome of the wig, hair piece or accessory this information should be shared with myself, Cayley, before the service begins. Any information that is shared after the service has started or is completed will be acknowledged under the understanding that I am not to be held responsible.
- If due to sickness, weather, transportation or other circumstances out of the control of either party, they will inform the other person(s) involved of their time delay. A lack of doing this may cause an extra charge according the the "no call no show" fee below in "return, refund, pricing."
- If any product is shipped, I am not responsible for the timely manner or condition in which it arrives in to or from the place of shipment.
- At this time I am not accepting in person transactions using payment over a POS. The only Physical transaction allowed is checks written to "Cayley Hand" or Cash.
- All monetary transactions will done via this website, Venmo, Cash or Check. I am not responsible for any error on these parties behalf's.
- All customers must read through the "Terms and Conditions" as is on this website and send in a text or email stating with their full name and company (if applicable) that they agree to the terms and conditions before purchasing any product. This must be done with each invoice or transaction.
